We want to update you on an important change affecting international shipments to our U.S. trading hub.

Recently, the United States announced new customs requirements that have led many national postal services to suspend package deliveries to the U.S. indefinitely. This means that standard postal carriers in over 25 countries (including the UK, EU nations, Australia, Japan, and India) are currently not accepting shipments bound for the U.S.

To ensure your trades are not disrupted, we are making the following adjustments for all international customers:

Shipping Instructions Going Forward:

• If purchasing a label through Veriswap, select FedEx, UPS, or DHL

• If providing your own shipping labels, they must be created directly with FedEx, UPS, or DHL.

• Always select “DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) when generating your own label

This requires you to pay all duties and taxes upfront when purchasing the label.

Packages sent without DDP may be refused or returned by U.S. Customs.

Please note: Packages shipped without following these instructions may be delayed, rejected, or returned at your expense.
